Japanese cartoon character Hello Kitty has recently celebrated her 35th birthday and to celebrate the occasion, Sanrio and Coveroo have teamed up to release a limited edition mobile phone cover featuring the character herself in a range of different colours.
Janet Hsu, president of Sanrio Global Consumer Products, said: "Our new partnership with Coveroo brings the celebration of Hello Kitty's 35th to the cell phones of fans around the world."
Sanrio is marking the iconic cat's birthday with the release of a range of commemorative products and is also holding an exhibition in Culver City, California, called Three Apples, the supposed weight of Hello Kitty herself.
The event is set to feature art, product displays and a pop-up shop - as well as a Hello Kitty apartment decorated entirely with products featuring the character.
In her 35-year history, the character has been featured on products such as MAC make up and Paul Frank clothing.
