1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Cannot fault any of the services received from InsideJapan Tours. Our experience in Japan was fantastic bar a few little faults but overall we enjoyed our trip.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Only hotel that we did not enjoy staying at was Hearton Hotel Kita Umeda. Breakfast was poor, we ended up finding breakfast outside of the hotel. We would have loved to have stayed at our Shinjuku Hotel forever! And our lovely host Shinko-San in Miyajima made the trip for us. She was absolutely faultless and I would love to go back just to stay there.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Transport was great, having the JR rail pass made life so much easier and I have kept my Manaca card for my next trip!

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Both of our guides were absolutely fantastic, and they both deserve a raise! They made us feel so welcome and took us to places we would have never thought to visit.

Maybe
I would use Inside Japan Tours again if I wanted to book specific experiences, however for a general visit to Tokyo I would seek to book this myself in future.
