1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The service was excellent. Everything in the package we received when we arrived in Toyoko was amazing. All the bus and train tickets were labelled and easy to understand the instructions given. I cannot fault anything regarding the service. Thank you to Maryam. Also all the tour guides were excellent. Wonderful trip.
