1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Excellent, organized service that helped our trip go so smoothly. We loved all of the tours and activities. We only wish we had more time to spend in Japan.

Jenny was knowledgeable, experienced, professional, friendly and very responsive to our questions. She spent a lot of time with us to understand our needs, concerns and preferences. We really enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to others traveling to Japan.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The Gate Hotel in Kyoto was beyond our expectations - beautiful, large, comfortable room. Perfect location and wonderful restaurant. Just perfect. We also enjoyed the Kowakien Tenyu in Hakone and Hotel Groove Shinjuku. Locations were both great. Less space in the Groove to unpack luggage (no closet or drawers) but otherwise great location, view and breakfast. Breakfast at all locations was amazing. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel picks.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
We were very nervous about transportation before going to Japan because of the language, but everything went smoothly thanks to the directions/instructions provided and helpful Insider guide advice.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Our Insiders, Fergal (Tokyo) and Chuck (Kyoto) were just amazing guys. We felt like family by the end of our respective tours. Both Insiders were so enthusiastic about Japan's history and sites. We learned so much from them. We especially liked the less-touristy spots they shared with us. We mostly just enjoyed hearing their own stories about how they ended up living in Japan and what they liked most about the country. Both Fergal and Chuck went out of their way to help us find special gifts we would never have been able to find on our own. We really appreciate the Insider tours the most out of our week in Japan.

We loved the itinerary, choice of hotels, travel advice, Insider tour guides, activities, transfer arrangements as well as the small details considered in advance of our trip (eg. travel info pack, portable wifi and train passes). It made the trip far less stressful than having to arrange these aspects ourselves.
