1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Just having all of our hotel reservations and transportation taken care of made the entire trip seamless and relaxing. Every hotel was perfectly placed and they knew our dietary needs in advance.

Especially in Hakone, I was really impressed by the quality of the rooms and the stay.

This was I think the biggest plus once we got to Japan, having all our tickets ready for us when we checked into our first hotel. It made everything so seamless.
