1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had an amazing time. Everything that Inside Japan booked for us was perfect. The driver/guides showed up exactly on time and were professional as well as personable. In addition, I had two questions while I was on the trip and the local office as well as the US office answered me immediately. It was really impressive. We have traveled a lot and we were so impressed by the efficiency of your organization. Its clear that you think of your customer first.

Angela was terrific. She listened carefully to our requests/needs and planned the perfect trip. We were excited everyday. She really did an excellent job.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
I told Angela that I would rather spend money on activities rather than a luxury hotel. She understood and booked us in very nice hotels in great locations. Staff was super friendly. Pretty perfect.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Every guide was great. In addition to being knowledgeable they were super friendly as answered our million questions about their lives living in Japan. They all seemed like people who were excited about their job and proud to show off their country. However, they also really listened to what we were interested in seeing. In Kyoto we had three guides, a general tour guide (Umi-who was awesome), a Geisha district guide (who spotted a geisha for us) and two cooking tour guides the Womens Association of Kyoto (so wonderful and an interesting and kind).
