All transport happened on time and as described in the InfoPak. I greatly appreciated that the tickets were ordered correctly from beginning to end in the envelope, which made preparing for the day easier.

Typically we self-plan our trips and rarely use travel services. I greatly appreciated using InsideJapan Tours for our first adventure into Japan, and now I feel more comfortable planning a return trip myself. But if we use a service again, InsideJapan would be at the top of the list.
