From first contact with Ali regarding the tour to a final email when we arrived home from our tour guide Chantel, the service was excellent.

Nothing was too much trouble for Chantal. She ensured everybody was happy with suggestions for sites, meals and travel options and went out of her way to assist when people needed translation assistance. Chantel is a great asset to your company and we were delighted to have her as our tour leader.
