Fantastic team, conscientious, listening, kept every single agreement, and expressed understanding. Trusted both Jess & Sophia 100 . Have already recommended IJ, many times .

Sophia is an absolute super star, intelligent, informed, enthusiastic, never forgot anything about us as individuals. She has enormous patience & a clear passion for everything she does. She was absolutely amazing when one train was cancelled, no drama, just re arranged things & we were all taken care of, on every level. Exceptional. It was our first tour but other Americans said she’s the best tour leader they’ve ever had. Outstanding, thank you.

The final hotel room in Tokyo seemed pokey after we’d had such beautiful hotels

Coaches excellent. I really enjoyed the trains & the tubes. I think all the trains should be first class

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
The meals at the Onsens was outstanding. The meal in Kyoto I think could have been improved,as lay out across 2 tables & quantities were confusing. think Sophia maybe who has local knowledge should find the Kyoto one. That was the only one that wasn’t great .
