1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
What an adventure. We were more like travellers than tourists with our wonderful tour guide. We were so well looked after.Faultless service.

They say you should always best explore a country with either friends or family to get a real feel for a place. Akemi our tour guide was exceptional- not only guiding us on our visit but sharing the history, culture and love of such a beautiful country

I wish I could find something negative to give as feedback- but I can’t.

As I said. - a bus tour solely would not have allowed us to experience the real Japanese. From the bullet train to the mountain train ( which was crammed) all added to the experience. Also the people were lovely & helpful.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
To get maximum experience I ate Japanese wherever possible. I also enjoyed the French cuisine & Akemi taking us to a hamburger joint was a blast. All tastes were catered for.
