1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
My wife and I had a great time in Japan. We are happy we selected Inside Japan.

Sophia Drake was amazing. Her knowledge and enthusiasm are just incredible. She made the tour a great experience for everyone. My wife and I have done several tours around the world -- Sophia was by far the best.

Except for requesting payment, we had essentially no interaction with our travel consultant.

Each hotel was excellent with good service and helpful staff.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Our group was transported by taxi several times with four persons per taxi. Most taxis in Japan are not big enough for four people. The backseat was quite uncomfortable. The middle passenger could not buckle their seatbelt. Maybe there's no alternative, but certainly less use of over-crowded taxis would make for a better tour.

We enjoyed the nice variety of foods.
