1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had a great trip, which was very well organised and packed with exciting experiences. Inside Japan were very straightforward to deal with and we had no problems at all. All our queries were answered quickly.

Mark was helpful and easy to correspond with. He answered our enquiries quickly and efficiently and arranged a great schedule for us, adapting it to our expressed preferences.

3. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Almost all of it was excellent. the staff in nearly every hotel/ryokan were very friendly and courteous. I would say the accommodation was very well chosen and we enjoyed everywhere we stayed. Best of all though, was the Kumano Bettei Nakanoshima Hotel in Kii-Katsuura. It was amazing!

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
It was great. The IC card and the JR rail pass were fantastic and enabled us to get around effortlessly and cheaply! The minibus transfer (by Green Tomato) from Haneda Airport to our Tokyo hotel was very helpful and stress-free after a long flight.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
All of our guides were great. In particular our guide on the first day in Tokyo, Mutsuko Sonoda, was fantastic - so helpful and informative. It made for a great start to our trip. Also in Kanazawa, we thoroughly enjoyed the personal tea ceremony provided for us at Gyokusen-en Garden. The staff there were very friendly and spoke good English! Our best experience of the whole trip was the Kanazawa Cooking Studio - the two staff there were fantastic and gave us very professional cooking lessons with lots of tips, good humour and friendliness. Also worth mentioning was the Satoyama Experience Office in Hida Furukawa who organised a very interesting tour for us. We had a pleasant evening with our guide in the Gion District of Kyoto and the street food tour in Osaka was good fun too!

Our trip was amazing and the experiences we had had were unforgettable for all the right reasons! We thouroughy enjoyed it and really appreciated the carefully organised itinerary which our tour consultant, Mark, arranged for us. We saw a lot of Japan but there is so much more to see and we would love to go back.The Japanese people are so friendly, courteous and genuinely go out of their way to help.
