Let our art-loving Insider take you on a magical tour of Tokyo's renowned art galleries, famous for launching the careers of Takashi Murakami, Yoshitomo Nara, and many of Japan's foremost artists. In addition to the exhibitions of established artists, we can also introduce you to the diverse and less refined work of the avant-garde in architecturally unique spaces. Most places on the day tour are hidden down backstreets in unmarked buildings, making them difficult to find without a local guide.
Having a background in art and being a member of a number of world-class contemporary art museums in Tokyo, your Insider will have all the latest information on exhibitions and gallery openings that you may otherwise miss.
