Après-ski, Japan-style
Experience après-ski that's gloriously Japanese!
Après-ski in Japan is really something special. Imagine returning to your ryokan inn after a fun day on the slopes to find a wonderful kaiseki feast waiting for you. Following that you can take a hot spring bath - the perfect way to conclude your day. Outdoor onsen are even better, giving you the chance to soak your aching muscles with snowflakes falling all around you.
If you're not having dinner at your hotel or ryokan, you can head out to a restaurant for a big bowl of nabe hotpot - the ultimate comfort food. You could also sample local Japanese beers at one of Niseko's new craft beer bards, or even finish the night with a karaoke session.
