1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Inside Japan Tours was such an easy company to work with. Booking and asking questions was so easy and I had to rebook twice so I’m very impressed with the customer service. My experience in Japan was life changing, our tour guide Akemi Nozawa went above and beyond to make this a bucket list trip for us.

Akemi Nozawa NEEDS a raise or promotion or whatever she prefers. She took everyone’s suggestions and turned it into a fun itinerary. She went the extra mile to help me track down a hard to purchase souvenir for my friend at home. I would have never been able to acquire it otherwise. She was fun and knowledgeable about the areas we visited. I also loved all the Japanese local snacks she purchased for us and the cultural lessons while moving from city to city. I could not have asked for a better tour leader.

The breakfast buffets were always so impressive and delicious, the staff were so friendly and the amenities were better than expected.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
I loved all the different modes of transport for our tour. Trains, cable cars, gondolas, boats, etc. The buses were a but crowded at times but still very easy to manage.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
We loved all meals included in the tour. I feel like we learned a lot about Japanese food. Akemi made a point to show us a different type of Japanese cuisine each time we ate together. We really appreciated this.

I am already hoping to plan a second tour with my guide and fellow tour group members. We had such a lovely time and hope to see more of Japan and revisit areas we enjoyed. It felt very safe to travel as a female in Japan.
