We appreciated how you tailored our trip to meet our interests from the advertised self guided tours.

Vivienne was always prompt when attending to our questions and it was good to be able to speak with her as well as regular emails. Her suggestions when planning our trip helped make our trip a very positive experience and she asked questions that helped her develop a good understanding of our needs and expectations. we really appreciated the research she did into the range of cooking schools available in English.

Having all the tickets provided for us when we arrived in Japan saved us time working out timetables and ensured we had the correct tickets for each stage.

The guide in Kyoto was knowledgeable and easy to get along with - she helped to deepen out knowledge and understanding of the Japanese culture. we also appreciated the research she had done prior to the day in finding a unique noodle café which sereved sesame tofu

The preplanning meant that we did not waste time trying to find accommodation and book garden entries while there. Instead we had interested days that were organised but still allowed time for us to do our own thing and enjoy each place visited.
